  This was our second year renting this unit at Waterscape. We again, had a wonderful time. The unit offers outstanding views of the Gulf and there is an amazing view of the sunset from the couch or the expansive balcony. The unit is clean, there are plenty of towels, and the kitchen is adequately stocked. This unit is advantageous due to each bedroom having a private bathroom. The books and games provided along with the two beach chairs added to our enjoyment. Waterscape is a great family resort and this unit is one of the best.

  First i want to say that we have stayed at Waterscape Resort on multiple occasions since our children were quite young & they are now young adults. We have always loved staying here & have never had a bad stay, including this one. this review will include both great and not so great but definitely not bad. i just think rental companies need to know things so they can be addressed.
  PROS
  -Condo itself is gorgeous! Well maintained, overall clean, all the kitchen equipment/utensils/dishes needed are perfect, & the location is my favorite.
  -The view is indescribable, simply gorgeous! from the second you walk into the condo door you see nothing but beach and sunlight and then you walk out onto the wraparound balcony and just take it all in! My favorite part for sure!
  -plenty of room for everyone & 3.5 bathrooms is great!
  -the resort is perfect for littles bc you can take them down to the beach & when they have had enough you can just stop at the pool/lazy river & let them play some more. if you have older children they can take themselves and still be in close proximity & bc the balcony wraps around, you can still keep an eye on them wherever they are.
  NO CRITTERS! i have stayed at places(not Waterscape)& had issues with bugs and had to sleep in my vehicle so i am kind of always in PTSD mode when i travel. There were no creepy crawlers here! Thank you Baby Jesus!
  CONS-the parking garage is a long walk to/from the room but at least when you get to the room it’s worth the walk. also, there is a pick up/drop off location on the side of the building that we used regularly to avoid the long walk for everyone.
  IMPROVEMENTS for Legacy to be aware...
  -King bed was great, the two queen mattresses & sofa sleeper need replacing bc they were not comfortable.
  -condo is clean but could use a DEEP clean (door is sticky, hair in weird places, but nothing crazy..
  -one high top chair on balcony needs to be replaced, very wobbly.

We are waiting for a part for the balcony chair as we speak. We will get with the owners about the mattresses. Unfortunately a comfortable sleeper sofa seems to be an oxymoron. LOL!   Very nice! Great ocean view.
  Only downside was with high outdoor temperatures, air conditioner struggled and couldn't keep the unit cold. Otherwise everything was great. Loved the pool area but could use some extra chairs.

  We have vacationed for two weeks in March at Waterscape for a dozen years and we finally found the perfect unit! We have already secured it for next year. The wall of windows facing the beach is reason enough for us to rebook but we were so very satisfied with the other features of the unit.
  The decor is pleasing and many of the finishes were updated and modern. The unit was clean and the kitchen offered new dishware, cookware and appliances. The linens were soft and plenty of bath towels were provided. We appreciated the smart TVs, electronic blinds on the panoramic windows, complimentary beeach service and nice variety of board games. Waterscape is also within walking distance of several restaurants, a Tom Thumb gas station and a locally owned mini golf and ice cream shop.
  An additional plus is that each bedroom has it's own full bath as well as a half bath for guests. Management was easy to deal with and they were quick to welcome us and offer assistance if any concerns arose.
  We can't imagine anyone being disappointed with a stay in this unit.

  Upscale condo with a large peaceful wraparound balcony which is accessible from 2 bedrooms and the main living area offering stunning unobstructed views which are great for dolphin spotting, sunrises and sunsets. The balcony furniture had lounge chairs and a bar table on the east and west sides. The views are unmatched and you can be at the resort pools or beach within minutes.
  
  This beautiful condo on the fourth floor has the best of both worlds, it is conveniently situated within walking distance to a few restaurants such as AJ’s, The Steamer and has a snack shack operated by Fudpuckers on site.
  
  The oversized master bedroom has a king sized overlooking the Gulf of Mexico with breathtaking views, there is a door from the master bedroom to the balcony. There is a large en-suite bathroom off the master bedroom with a spacious walk in shower, double vanity with lots of counter space and a soaking tub.
  
  The second and third bedrooms, have their own bathrooms giving the occupants their own en-suites.
  
  The kitchen with granite counter tops is fully equipped with high end appliances including a Keruig, regular coffee machine, toaster etc. including dinner and serve-ware.
  
  We have been coming to Waterscape for several years and this unit was by far the best condo we have ever rented. You can’t go wrong there!!!

  Wow!!!! We were very happy with our stay! Everything was hassle free & perfect! From the very beginning where we started the process of booking, through the very end! Friendly cust service!
  The location is perfect! The waterscape property itself is an excellent choice for families, and everyone had a great time! Even those without kids, had a blast!
  The view was certainly "Million Dollar"! These owners take great pride in their unit & it shows! The tiniest details have been thought of! Even the pots n pans are that gorgeous turquoise color!
  There were plenty of activities from waterscape, that the kids enjoyed, including a "dive in movie" and "glow dance party", and even a pirate scavenger hunt!
  The cleanliness of the entire property was excellent! Conveniently located in close proximity to local restaurants, grocery, etc.
  We will definitely recommend this to friends/family and we will return again! The dolphins were seen from our balcony and also the beach, nearly daily! Beautiful walk to the pier, shopping from the beach at the boardwalk was great too!
  We did have 1 rain day, contemplated going to the aquaraium, 2 mins away, but there were several board games, and we chose to have family game time!
  Our family typically reserves a whole house, but the view here couldnt be passed up! That said we still had plenty of room, and seating! Loved that everyone had a beautiful view from their room & access to that stunning wrap around balcony!
  
  We joked as we were making the trek from the parking garage to the unit, as the first time, it felt like we kept going & going & going, and I kept telling them, "nothing but the best for you guys", but the wows when we entered were unanimous! Very worth the extra walk from the car!
  The nice part about the parking area, is there were carts to utilize for groceries in addition to bellhop carts for luggage. Made it very simple to haul it all in!
