  My experience was great. The view is amazing. The direct beach access is really nice and convenient. The condo is clean and well stocked. Every morning I noticed there where always people cleaning the outdoor portions of the building & grounds. It's well taken care of & maintained.   Excellent! Everything was great and the views of the Gulf supreme! Well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Legacy vacations is a great company to work with. I would recommend them to everyone and usually do. The only problem we had was people on the 7th floor moved their furniture morning, noon and night. I do not know why they would scrape furniture all the time but they did. I would ask the rental companies to please ask their tenants to please pick up the chairs, couches or dead bodies and move them and not scrape them across the floor. To please be considerate of their neighbors.

  Great place. Very clean.love Island Princess! Beautiful views. Overall, 5/5 experience. Only drawback was a $60 fee to get in early, on a day we already paid for. We did not exercise that option. Everything else was great!

  We had a great stay here for a week. It was very clean and had what we needed. The beds were comfortable and nice to have two bathrooms. The kitchen was adequate for the cooking that we did. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the deck and especially liked the tall chairs to see over the railing. It was easy to get to the beach and pool. We enjoyed staying here very much!!

  Legacy does a very good job with thier customer communiation and tech. The process was direct, seamless and efficient. As previous owners on Okaloosa Island for more than 20 years, we love the area and knew Island Princess to be a very nice property. Condo 613 was well maintained and nicely decorated, and provided both sunrise and sunset views. There were a few minor maintenance repairs, which I passed along in my checkout comments.
  While providing a comfortable stay overall, the MB mattress was more firm than I prefer, but that is a personal preference. For a property this size, the pool deck area was smaller than expected, while the pool was about average in size. The beach walkover was well-maintained with a nice layout. Overall, this rental unit provided a very good experience.

  The bathroom plug in room 613 one plug would not work.
  The lamp in the smaller bedroom did not have a thing to turn the lamp off. The handle that was replaced on the sliding doors did not match.

  The condo was very clean! Everything you need is in this condo. The beds were comfy and all the furniture looked brand new including the couch. That makes it more of a comfortable stay for me. The pool was clean and taken Care of along with the deck to the beach. All the gates required codes so it made you feel secure along with the security guard that patrolled. The only thing that was annoying was the elevator being very slow (20mins). Location was great. It was close to everything you might need. We will be back for sure!

  The location couldn’t have been better. The experience leading up to the reservation was on point as well as the check out process. I did speak with the owner directly and he was wonderful helping set everything up. I will say the weakest point was the furniture and appliances within the unit. The beds were very bad. Both were extremely hard and our guests ended on up on the couches. These are beyond firm mattresses. I would recommend the owner putting a little money into all furnishings and updating. The couches had stains all over them and the cushions were so used that the frame of the couch was higher than the cushions themselves in some areas. The barstools are filthy and some would swivel while others would not. The washer and dryer worked fine but the tub is off balanced and made extremely loud noises each cycle. Overall a little furniture remodel would go a long way to make this special unit wonderful. The TVs in the unit are wonderful and large for each space. That was a positive for sure. The unit was very clean upon arrival and well stocked with towels. We would love to return once the furniture has been updated.

Every property employee from security to the beach service were friendly and engaging. This unit had an excellent covered parking spot location, and the unit is close to the side elevator which made it easy to access and bring things up/down without waiting with a crowded main elevator.
