  The room itself was good. Unfortunately other guests made the stay quite miserable. There were 8 different piles of pet poop littering the back. One pile of pet poop was right next to our back door. There is a sign stating that pets should not be walked in that area and where they should be walked instead. There was a family of 5-8 people including older children who were very loud from 8am-11pm during our short stay and rendered the pool impossible to use. There are rules addressing excessive noise but again no enforcement.

  Very easy to check in room was ready before expected time,very clean easy access to everything. The only problem I had was the pool was closed by the health department with a notice on the gate .   I took my daughter and her best friend to the beach to celebrate her 21st birthday...It was a last minute decision, and we were so thankful to have found a place that was quiet (ground floor) and near the pool! We found the accommodations to be better than expected. It was a perfect (though brief) getaway. We would definitely stay there again.

  PB A108 in Mary Esther - This Studio apartment has a GREAT location; it is close to everything that you need, and placed you would want to visit. It is 20 minutes from Destin beach (with no traffic). There’s a lot to do in this area; a lot of restaurants and bakeries. Very quiet, great views. It’s a first floor, which is very convenient, and close to the parking lot. The communication and recommendations from Corey and Ron were excellent. I recommended Mary Esther studio 100%.

  Choosing a place to stay is part research and part luck. Too often have we stayed at what looked to be a stellar place to stay turned out to be anything but. This was NOT one of those places! Clean, roomy (for 2) with updated electronics and a comfy bed and sofa, we were pleasantly surprised. But the selling point for us was the outstanding pool off the lanai. We LOVE to swim and would get up and get a few laps in to start the day!
  
  Convenient to the property was an Olive Garden and a Red Lobster, both within walking distance (if you like that kind of food.) Other, better restaurants, are a short drive from your door.
  
  You might find bigger places to stay but for the price, location and comfort, this is one we will come back too again and again.
