  We really enjoyed our stay in 1202C. Everything was clean and ready for arrival. There were even extra pillows. I was a little sad about no extra blankets, but I totally understand why.

  Navarre Beach is wonderful no matter where you stay. This unit is in a good location with a great view of the pier. However, there were certain aspects of this rental that were pretty disappointing. The kitchen is not well stocked. There are exactly 8 plates and two pots and pans. Zero spices, not even salt or pepper. The condo does not include beach towels. They only provide four rolls of toilet paper and one very small roll of paper towels. Although it states it is three bedrooms, only two of the rooms have a closet.

  Everything was good, clean and comfortable. Great location to the elevator, trash shoot, pool and The beach and pier were as close as you can get. A gift shop was steps away in the condo next door. It had everything you would need, ice, drinks, snacks or anything you could want in souvenirs. Only con - the bunk room was tiny and definitely for young children/preteens.

  We enjoy Summerwind every time we stay there. We have stayed in multiple units. This was a last minute trip but this unit was as amazing as the others. The beds were comfy. Everything was clean. The balcony view was beautiful. I would 100% stay in 1202C again.

  This condo is located close to the pier and it was so nice to be within walking distance. The staff is super friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Two chairs and an umbrella did come with the room but there is a fee to have them reserved for the next day. Otherwise, you will have to beat the early risers to the best spots. There was a little construction but it was not too intrusive.

  Overall, my stay was excellent! This is my 2nd time staying at Summerwind in Navarre. The views from the balcony are amazing! It's conveniently located to many stores and restaurants and the Gulf's longest pier. If you like sushi, you have to try the Slippery Mermaid. Some of the best rolls I've ever eaten. Alphy's is a must for breakfast. If you're looking for fresh fish, go to Where Y'at Seafood. My only complaint about this particular unit at Summerwind was there wasn't any basic cleaning supplies to be able to spray and wipe down counters and the stove and there wasn't a broom and dust pan. Those are very inexpensive items that I expected would have been in the unit as the last unit I stayed in had them. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and will be back to Summerwind again.

  We had a great stay. I was very pleased with the response times to the questions I had. The room was nice but I feel it was a bit overpriced for the time of year and the amenities that were available. Room was adequately clean but plain. TV’s were small not that you watch a lot of TV on vacation but if there was bad weather bigger TV’s would be nice. Overall I’d rate this property a 7.5 out of 10. Navarre is our favorite beach destination.
