  This unit was very clean and up to my picky standards. However, the patio tall chairs do need to be replaced. They were extremely worn and uncomfortable. My granddaughter ran into one edge that had protruding metal pieces which caused significant pain.

  The condo was great! Beds a little hard. As far as the property...we have always liked summer place. This time the pool was cleaned one time in a while week. There was trash floating in it for days. And the night time office guy was SO RUDE! He was playing his Nintendo switch his entire shift and if you interrupted him for help he treated you like complete ****!

  Good experience. Would come back. I think it’s worth mentioning that there is black mold growing in the master bedroom and there was a broken table in the balcony along with a very born chair that someone could get hurt on. Other than that our stay was pleasant.

  We enjoyed our time at this condo very much. Hopefully the bathrooms will be updated before our next snowbird visit ! We would really like to have one walk-in shower and a lazy boy type recliner chair added to this condo ! It is a real bonus to have a heated pool for aquafit exercises . The pool heater was broken for several days during our stay but the staff were very prompt in trying to repair it !

  Always awesome to visit FWB and stay in Summer Place with direct views to the water and beach from balcony, living room, dining room, kitchen, and MB. Price is reasonable. Access to/from beach is so nice if you need to go to condo for lunch, restroom, mtg, etc.
  
  The only complaints are that MB door lock has been broken for 7 years and never fixed, even though owner has been notified. Also, kitchen dishes, pots/ pans, glasses, etc. are always a crapshoot, but Legacy is good about providing missing items, if asked. Oh yeah, living room couch is old and SO uncomfortable! But all-in-all, these minor complaints are far outweighed by positives.

  Everyrhing went well. All 41 Stewart’s had a FUN a time!
  Condo 504 needs some cookie sheets.
  Condo 204 needs a couple more chairs on the deck & maybe a table. Also need handicap bars in the showers.
  Staff addressed a couple little problems promptly & efficiently.
  We will be back next summer!

  I think this was probably one of the nicest units we have stayed in. It is as the pictures show. The kitchen cookware, pots & pans & bowls need to be added. No boilers, no sheet pan etc. The master bed mattress was terrible. The pillows were all flat not one blanket in the unit. Other than those things everything was wonderful. I do recommend this unit and will request it again.
