  We had amazing time 3RD year in a row in the same condo, my granddaughters dance and its 3 mins from convention center, the beach access is great and being smaller complex its so much easier to get around. The condo is great, beds comfortable, clean and washer & dryer comes in handy. The pools are big and water isn't freezing so baby can get in. Watch the fireworks from balcony is a plus, they do them on the pier close by every Wednesday. Close to Destin for dinner & shopping. Hopefully we will be back next year.

  This was our second summer to make the trip to this condo, we love how close it is to the convention center, our granddaughters both dance at the nationals there. The size was perfect for 10 people. It was stocked like no other condo we’ve ever been to which is great. It was clean and remodeled from the last time we were there and we loved everything!!Tje beach is just a few steps from condo and the two pools were never crowded. The size of complex was perfect also. Just wish there were more carts to take stuff up to condo. Management is great with communication to. We will be back .

  This condo was so spacious and clean! Looks just like pictures. Everything very nice and up to date. It was disappointing the pool was not heated. Someone working there said the heater is broken and with it being expensive and close to summer he didn’t know when it would be fixed. The only bad thing was someone staying close by was smoking and the smell carried. Would definitely stay again if the pool is heated.

  The property was exactly as described and we found it to be very clean. The ice maker in the fridge didn’t work so we ended up having to buy around 6 bags of ice for our stay. I didn’t reach out about this after reading reviews that mentioned this previously. Additionally, the elevator buttons on this floor went out during the later part of our stay. This did become very inconvenient especially during the checkout process. I would definitely stay here again. It’s a great location close to so many things.

  The condo was just as advertised. Very clean and comfortable and the staff if very helpful and friendly. The walk to the beach is short and easy and the umbrella & chair service is a bonus.   Condo was absolutely amazing. It was very clean and well stocked with everything you needed in the kitchen. Front desk was amazing!! The coffee maker did not work and we got a brand new one the next morning. The tv went to a black screen and staff member came up and troubleshooted and could not get it to work. We had a new tv within 3 hours. We couldn’t ask for better service!!!

  The condo and view were great. The service was lacking. Our ice machine was broken, which we were not told prior to arrival. It was a known issue and we were told it wouldn't be repaired until after our stay. They provided one bag of ice. When I asked for more later in the week, they acted like it was an inconvenience. Also, the thermostat had a lock on it, so we couldn't set it to a comfortable temperature. Prepare to bring everything you need as there are no extra trash bags, laundry tabs, or dish soap. On the plus side, the beach staff were very helpful, and the location was ideal for our needs. We would stay again.

  We just recently stayed a week in this condo and had a great family vacation. The condo itself could definitely use some work. It is outdated. The tile floor needs to be replaced it is cracked and shifting in several places, all of the beds need new mattresses. The condo building itself and pool area is very nice and the beach service was great. We did have all of the utensils and kitchen appliances we needed to cook and everything did work. Overall everything went great just needs to be updated. Maybe some new ceiling fans, new flooring and definitely new mattresses.

We will be replacing all flooring, countertops, fresh paint, new furnishings, etc. It will be like a new unit in a few short weeks.   We had a great time at the Summer Place Condo. The complex was well maintained, although our condo had some electrical issues. All the outlets in the kitchen were off, we think the ground fault outlet must be bad. The laundry room bifold door was broken and needs to be repaired. Other than those issues everything in the unit was good. Clean and comfortable bed - exception of the sofabed which could use a new matress. Pools were clean, lots of chairs, beach access was great and close to water! Bar/Rest. (A.J.'s) across the street had good food and music.
