Summer Place #405

This relaxing retreat is located on Okaloosa Island and has been recently renovated (2022).
Conveniently located on the fourth floor, this Gulf front 3-bedroom 2 bath condo will sleep 10 comfortably.
The open floor plan allows you to engage with the family no matter if you’re cooking a feast in the spacious kitchen or relaxing on the comfortable couch.
The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and dishes so you don’t have to worry about bringing anything from home. There are all full-sized appliances in the kitchen and small appliances such as a Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and seats 6 with additional seating at the kitchen bar.
The living room offers multiple seating options to relax in and enjoy the large flat screen TV or the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The couch folds out to a Queen Sofa Sleeper. There is also a desk area, where you can set up if you’re working while on vacation. The condo offers wireless internet included with your stay. The condo also has a Washer and Dryer, so you don’t have to worry about coin laundry.
The first guest bedroom features two Queen beds, a ceiling fan, and large flat screen TV. The second guest bedroom offers brand new custom Twin bunk beds with built in smart TV’s, which is great for the kids! The guest bathroom has sink/vanity area and a combination tub/shower.
The elegant Master Bedroom will make you never want to go home. The bedroom is spacious and features a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, large flat screen TV, and access to the balcony. The Master bathroom offers a large double vanity and a newly updated walk in shower.
The balcony can be accessed from the master bedroom or the living room. This private balcony overlooks the beautiful white sand and emerald green waters on Okaloosa Island. You are also overlooking the complex pool.
The unit is walking distance to restaurants, night life and family attractions. Complete with free beach service March – October, Summer Place 405 is sure to become your favorite vacation rental!

  This condo was lovely! Decorated very cute, clean, perfect size for all of our guest, short walk to the beach (provided beach set up is so wonderful), beds were comfortable, and having two pools is another plus!! We will definitely be back!

  The condo was exactly as described and pictured. We loved the spacious balcony, quality furnishings and 10 star view!!The close proximity to the pool and beach was especially convenient for our two toddler grandchildren. The building and grounds are well kept. Kudos to Legacy Vacations also. We are frequent visitors and they are our preferred rental company. Their properties are well maintained and the staff friendly and highly responsive. Thank you for another great island stay!!

  We booked directly through Legacy and had a wonderful experience. All costs, fees, etc. were clearly outlined and the instructions leading up to the trip were clear and concise. We had a nice, relaxing stay in the unit which was clean and has all basic necessities. You can’t beat being steps away from the soft sand and relaxing pools. It was quiet, not too busy and the beach service (chairs and umbrellas) was easy to use.

  This is the second review I have submitted. The location was perfect even though a lot of construction was happening. All the access feature including the parking lot was good. Would be nice to have more carts available since we had lots of groceries to carry up to unit. The only problem we had was with the icemaker. When we called the maintenance man responded quickly and got it going. He said the housekeeper did not leave it ready for us to turn on correctly. Good ice after that. Condo was very clean. There was a pair of panties in the right drawer of the hall bath. We left them. Nicely decorated and the furniture was very nice. Collin was so so - not very friendly. But Ron was great. Appreciated Ron helping us with a late checkout! Oh, also enjoyed the pools very much. Beautiful beach, sand, and beach service people were fantastic. Algae not great though. Just bad timing for us but family still had in the ocean!!

  Condo was great (updated, clean and comfy). Building was just the right size so not always waiting on elevators, chairs and beach space wasn’t overcrowded and you could actually sit and swim in the pools (half the time we had a pool to ourself). Best pools on the strip that I saw. Great location as well, right next to the bridge so less travel time. No hot water when we first arrived, but maintenance called back within 30 min and had us fixed! (Breaker was off).

  Great condo! Very clean! Very close to the water! Great location for dining, shopping, and attractions. Condo is well equipped with everything you need! The water pressure in the showers was excellent! Plenty of room for our family of 6. Close to the elevators and the elevators were very quick. Definitely would recommend this condo!!

  My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This is a really nice location and the property and unit is well taken care of. We'll look to stay here again. The only things I would suggest are 1. mattress in the master bedroom is too soft and killed my back. 2. The unit should be supplied with enough sundry items for the full stay, trash bags. toilet paper, paper towels, laundry soap and dryer sheets. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils however some generic spices and oil would be nice.
