  The condo unit #402 was overall clean. The King bed in the bedroom closest to the road was very wobbly and the frame needs enforcement. The carpet smelled like vomit and needs to be cleaned. The attached bath has a slow leak and flushed by itself every 30 minutes.

  We had a wonderful stay at Summer Place room 402, the layout was perfect for our group. Very comfortable and spacious and an excellent view. The kitchen was well stocked with quality pans, which was much appreciated. It was clean upon arrival but the condo itself could use some updating... in particular we were not fans of the outdoor furniture and inside needs a facelift. However, it was sufficient for our standards. The pool and hot tip were a hit with the kids! Though the beach service is contracted out, we were very happy with the attendants all but one day. Overall we are happy with our experience and we would definitely return here.

  We had a great stay with a large group for a week. The property was well maintained and clean. The view was nice and the company was very professional to work with. There were a few items that could be improved to make the price of the stay feel more worth it. The washer and dryer are older. The washer kept getting out of balance even with smaller loads. It could use an upgrade. The pool had no shade and could use some umbrellas or other nice amenities to provide more shade. This would make the pool more enjoyable. The last thing is the master bathroom could use a nicer shower head. It was very underwhelming for a master suite. The condo was great overall, and we would definitely consider staying again.

  Loved the condo and location. We had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs although a toaster would've been nice. I really only had a few complaints and all were housekeeping/maintenance related. 1. No linens for the sofa bed. I called management and had a set of sheets within a couple of hours. 2. Living room furniture was worn with several stains on the couch. 3. Last guest did not run the dishwasher and apparently housekeeping didn't check it. Kind of gross. 4. The pool on the east side was really dirty. Other pool much cleaner. Even with these issues I would definitely stay again. Maybe a heads up to housekeeping. If not for these concerns I would've given it 5 stars.

  Had a wonderful stay. Best views, we saw dolphins, manatee and sting rays were playing in the surf daily during our stay. The only negative thing is the place needs updating and the bed in the master really needs replacing. I was sleeping in a bowl. Great location and the views couldn’t be beat!   Wr absolutely love this condo/complex. This is our second time to stay and we won’t stay anywhere else now when we come to Fort Walton.
