    This was our first time staying at Summer Place but not our first time with Legacy Vacations. The unit was spacious and the first thing we saw walking into the unit was the beach view. The bedrooms were nice size, the bathrooms have high step over tubs so as a senior it was a little difficult to get in. The kitchen is nice size with that view of the ocean. We had a great stay and will stay there again.

    Enjoyed being right on the beach. Loved view from balcony. A little misrepresentation in condo description as to furniture. Queen beds were more like fulls, very uncomfortable for 2 people(50” compared to our 60” at home). Couch is very soft from a lot of use and down pillows kept losing a lot of feathers(lots of pokes). Plenty of dishes. Good air conditioning on those 100’ days. Very low water pressure in hall bath shower and tub was very slick. We bought a bath mat for safety. Overall it was a great vacation with bowling, blacklight mini golf and an escape room. Hurricane Beryl altered some of our beach days, but the pools were a nice back-up. They could use some type of pool monitoring. There was a lot of over-drinking at the pool and smoking from balconies that took some of the enjoyment away. Overall, the good outweighed the bad. Just want the next guest to be aware.

    Our family of 8 really enjoyed this condo right on Ft Walton beach! Close to the action and busyness of Destin, but much quieter and family friendly. We loved the 2 nice pools and hot tub too. A very short boardwalk to the beach was great! Our ocean view from our condo was wonderful! Nice place!

    We stayed during the week of Thanksgiving. The condo was in a great location, clean, stocked with pots and pans for cooking. The view was gorgeous from the third floor and the heated pool and hot tub were a great bonus for the cool evenings. We would stay here again.

    We loved the condo and it's location. We were able to stand on the balcony every morning and watch the dolphins swim around in the ocean. We were within walking distance and a grocery just across the bridge. The beach was also right there for long walks. Amazing sunsets to be seen over the ocean. The kitchen had everything you would ever want! We hope to someday go back and if we can we will stay here for sure. The owner was also very helpful and answered questions right away!
