  We loved the location and the ease of access to the pool and the beach. The beach chair service was a huge bonus! The unit was comfortable and kitchen was spacious. The concierge service was helpful when our unit didn't have any cutting boards. The primary bedroom was fantastic with the view! Some of the other mattresses are a bit soft/springy. My spouse minded more than the kids!

  A little smaller than expected, but super convenient to court 1! Super quiet and a great place to decompress after a day of games in the Florida Sun. A lot of kids jumping in the hot tub, which made the pool experience more of a 4/10, but the rest of the stay was killer!

  Upon arriving we were greeted with a gift for our foster children, whom had never been to the beach, or Florida. It was the sweetest jesture, our kids were so excited. We really enjoyed our stay, the rental was very clean and accommodating for our group of 7.
  The only thing, is some of the appliances were in need of replacing, they worked fine, mostly just worn out.
  Have stayed with Legacy before and would stay with Legacy again.

  We had a great stay at Summerplace #307. I had looked at while I was there in May to make sure it would work for our vacation. We have stayed in several units at this complex and have our favorites. We rented this unit for 11 days for a little less than the units we really love knowing it needs a little TLC. A new couch is a must. You can't even sit on it and enjoy TV because it is so uncomfortable. The kitchen needs new pans and utensils. Loved the mattress in the master. Overall, the unit is just "worn". Legacy was AMAZING to say the least to help with little things we needed during our stay. Will always rent with them! Thanks again for a great stay at FWB!   This was a beautiful condo experience! There were plenty room to accommodate my large family, especially when booking at such notice. The condo was very clean and made to feel at home for all of us. Staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was close by and very easy access when using amenities such as the pool or the beach. It was such a positive experience for all of us and I'd definitely consider staying here again!

  While this unit was accomodating and comfortable for family/friends, I would recommend a few changes/upgrades:
  
  -Please put a mat at the front door to eliminate some of the sand that is inevitably brought indoors.
  
  -More silverware in the unit would be helpful when serving a large group.
  
  -The furniture on the balcony needs a little attention. The mixed variety of seating gave off the vibe of various yard sale finds.
  
  Otherwise, the unit was comfortable and in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.

  We had a nice stay. The location was great. In this particular unit the furniture, decor, and fixtures are outdated and the toilet in the master runs constantly but that was the least of our worries. We had a great time and there is adequate room for 10 people in this unit.

  We loved being on the beach with a 1 and 3 year old! So convenient! Third floor balcony had a great view. Our condo (SMP 307) accommodated 8 adults and 2 toddlers well. Loved being with walking distance to restaurants but not having the crowd like Destin. We would come back to Summer Place again.

  This was our third stay at Summer Place. We’ve stayed in different condos each time. 307 was very clean. The beds were super comfortable and I love the new LVT floors throughout. It’s much easier to keep the sand cleaned up with those. The condo could use a few upgrades in the near future . The TV in the living room , the refrigerator , and the lawn furniture on the deck all have broken parts to them and will need to be replaced in the near future. However, I would definitely still stay here again. It is the perfect location next to the elevator and the trash chute with a fabulous view. It was very comfortable with just a little wear and tear from frequent usage. A fee extra upgrades that aren’t required but would be nice are a cordless vacuum for quick easy cleanup, a Keurig coffee maker and an Alexa speaker for music. Also the pool and common areas are very well maintained and clean. This is a great place to take your family and we will be back.
