  Enjoyed the location, early check in and cleanliness of condo. No complaints at all and the complimentary beach service is well worth booking condo. FYI: upon leaving the condo cleaning staff had all new clean linens in bags by the door (comforter/sheets/towels/pillows etc.). We will definitely rent 301 again!

  Don't be discouraged by this end unit. It was perfect! The deck has plenty of very comfortable seating with beautiful views. The living room has a sectional with recline and rocking chair. This was so nice to have in a unit. I'd book this for that seating arrangement alone. The beds have memory foam which made them all wonderful for sleeping. I probably had my best sleep. The rest of the unit is your basic condo, clean and nice. 2 coffee pots, 1 drip and 1 Keurig. I would recommend this unit to anybody I know.

  This is my second time to rent through Legacy Vacations this year. Both times they have been amazing. Great price, fast response when I’ve had minor maintenance issues, and just overall excellent customer service. My only complaint was one night the hot tub was overrun with foul mouthed intoxicated individuals who made us feel very uncomfortable in this “family friendly” condo resort. We loved having the beach service included. Beds were so comfy! Elderly/disabled folks might have trouble getting in and out of the bath tubs, esp the master.

  We visited for a quick girls trip this past weekend and were so happy with our condo and Legacy Vacations. We have stayed a many condos over the years - this one was very cleaned, nicely decorated and had a great balcony set up. The beds were very comfortable. Legacy Vacations was very responsive to any questions we had. It was really nice that there was a Legacy desk on-site. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

  This condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was very nice and the view was great. I am used to a firm mattress, a lil beds had very soft mattresses that were not comfortable.

  We had a great experience staying at Summer Place. Great location and convenient to surrounding attractions and restaurants. A short drive to Destin attractions. Fast elevator service and speedy maintenance if needed. Reported an issue and was resolved within the hour. Clean and quiet beach location with friendly staff and beach attendants.   This condo offers an absolutely amazing stay with breathtaking ocean views from the balcony, kitchen/living room, and master bedroom. The pristine white sands and vibrant emerald green ocean create a picturesque setting, complemented by lifeguards on duty. You will need additional amenities like dish soap (dishwasher pods provided), laundry, pods, toilet paper (one roll per bathroom provided). The fully equipped kitchen is a huge plus. I wish glass top stove cleaner was provided. The inclusion of two umbrellas and four chairs is an awesome bonus. Conveniently located dining options are within walking distance, and for those who prefer to cook, nearby stores like Sam’s, Walmart, Publix, Dollar General, and Dollar Tree are just a 15-minute drive. You will need to purchase salt, pepper, spices, condiments, etc. PS Do not touch the Portuguese man war jellyfish that wash up onto the beach. Read about them and know what they look like.

  We really enjoyed our stay at Summer Place. We've stayed at other condos at Ft Walton and Gulf Shores and this was the best one yet. It was in a good location and had everything we needed. I would also say it was cleaner and quieter than the other ones we've stayed in! The chair service was especially great! We would definitely recommend it!

  Our first time staying at Okaloosa Island and we loved it!!!Summer Place 301 was the perfect place to stay! Our condo was very roomy and clean and had everything we needed to make our stay a perfect vacation!! We had large beds so it was set up perfectly for couples. That’s something hard to find as sometime it’s set for bunks for kids. We had 4 beach chairs and 2 umbrellas that was included and that was a perfect addition for our stay. When we go back we will definitely stay at Summer Place and hopefully 301. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!!!

  We were pleasantly surprised to find that our unit was available early on our arrival date. Located on the east corner of the 3rd floor, we had lovely views of the beach from the living room and master bedroom. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the standard appliances, including a Keurig, which was nice. Our daughter stayed in the room right off the entry which was on the small size with a full bed, TV, and not much room to maneuver, but suited her sleep needs perfectly. Our boys shared the other bedroom with two queen beds and access to the shared bath. All the beds in the unit were amazingly comfortable. We enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the patio for the most part - our neighbors were smokers and usually out at the same time we were, but I think they were renters and not residents so this may be different for everyone. We really appreciated the four chairs and two beach service umbrellas that came with the unit as we needed the shade during our hot summer stay. The outdoor heated pools and hot tub were also used frequently by all of us and a respite from the heat since there are no shaded areas by the pool. The location was great too, as we were within walking distance of a couple of good restaurants and driving distance of Destin (10minutes). Clear water, white sands, and lots of sun in a great location. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  Our family stayed in this lovely unit early May. The check in was simple and the view of the beach was beautiful. The actual building appears aged but everything was clean and the people on site were friendly and so helpful. The kitchen was well stocked and the apppliances looked quite new and worked great.
