You can sleep 9 comfortably with a king bed (Tempur-pedic) in the master bedroom, a king in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and twin bunk beds with trundle that sleeps 3 in the 4th bedroom.   Another fantastic stay at The Summer Place condominium! Unit 209 was our favorite unit, yet. Comfortable accommodations, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for a party of six. Amenities were top notch. The unit was very clean, nicely decorated and had all of the kitchen equipment one would need. Definitely would love to rent this unit again.

  Unit 209 is a four bedroom, three bath beachfront condo on the second floor, overlooking the beautiful Gulf. The unit is fully stocked with everything we need to make our stay totally enjoyable. It is fully furnished and is large enough for family visits.
  Summer Place is conveniently located on Okaloosa Island and within walking distance of several nice restaurants. Lots of fresh seafood!
  The management and maintenance staff are outstanding! If we need anything at all, they are extremely responsive.
  We have stayed at Summer Place twelve years and have already booked for 2027. We regard Summer Place Unit 209 our second home!

  There were 6 of us in the condo and it worked perfectly! The condo was clean and had such a beautiful view of the beach. There were a few minor issues (broken chair on the balcony & the ice maker wasn't working) but the management co took care of it. The only complaint we had was the kitchen was lacking a few items but we made do :)

  Pros for us: This was a great location with perfect views of the beach. Easy access to walk down the beach as well as to the highway to jet down to 98. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable, given an ample amount of towels and washcloths. Unit was clean and comfortable, plenty of space. Very much enjoyed the beach service. Chair staff, maintenance guy (our kids liked to watch the outdoor cats follow him around!), and front desk staff were very kind, helpful, and responsive. Air conditioning worked greatl, parking was easy, and had access to a cart to haul up groceries and luggage. Saw dolphins, jellyfish, stingrays, fish, and crabs . Quiet for being above the pool. Staff was nice to let us in an hour early without a fee, and allowed a late checkout after our flights were delayed last minute. Cons for us: we were only given 1-2oz thing of dish soap, 1 dishwasher packet, 2 trash bags, 1 roll of prison quality paper towels, and prison quality toilet paper for a week stay. I had to buy hand soap for the bathrooms, more trash bags/paper towels/toilet paper. The couch and headboards were dingy and stained, albeit clean. Would benefit from a Green Machine session.. I wish there was a small vacuum but the provided broom worked fine. Screens in the street facing bedrooms were torn, shades were threadbare/holey. Washing machine squeaks loudly so couldn’t use during kids’ nap times. Minimal plastic glasses/plates for kids. Fire alarm check happened—thought it would be quick/annoying but it was 2hrs of off/on air raid sirens. I also wish there was a communal beach/pool toy area people can borrow from. Our oldest was disappointed there weren’t many shells to search for, the seaweed was also super bad the first 2 days of our stay, but mostly dispersed after a summer storm one evening. (Can’t control this part!).
  
  TL; DR: a great experience and would rent again. Just have to remember to place a Target pickup on our way from the

  The condo was perfect for our family trip of 4 adults and 3 children. I loved the fact that the owner left the pantry empty for us to use for all our groceries. You don't find that very often in a condo rental. Normally I have to move things all around to get an empty shelf.
  It was clean and comfortable and their check in process is outstanding. Legacy told us they would text as soon as it was cleaned and we actually received the text at 11AM on Saturday morning which was so nice to be able to enter early.
  My only issue was that they only had 3 carts available for unloading so we had to wait a bit to get one . Other than that the property was perfect - convenient access to the pools and the beach .
  The pools were never very crowded and the beach service was awesome.
  We would go back to the same unit in the future.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Summer Place. We have been coming to this unit for several years and find it clean and comfortable. This year, we noticed several nice updates, such as fresh paint, new dining room chairs, and new pots and pans, which we truly appreciated.
  The new staff is also exceptional. Angie and Cullen were both friendly, helpful, and caring. They were both right on top of the few minor issues that arose. When the TV went out, Angie brought up a new one and got it all set up that same day. And when we had problems with the toaster, Cullen had an almost immediate replacement for us. The handyman, Kurt, is also a pleasant personality who we enjoy seeing every year. The pools, pool deck, pool furniture walkways, etc., are always so well-kept.
  We always look forward to returning to our winter home-away-from-home at Summer Place each year, and we are thankful for the opportunity to come here.

  Unit was nice. Personnel nice. But we lost time on our vaca due to waiting on repair people. Dryer broke down first day ( had it fixed in 2 days ) Microwave broke down/ over heated and shut off . ( they brought us one ) and we planned on doing all cooking there and I would advise you to bring your own pots and pans. And some utensils. The stove top was chipped.

  Great trip! Loved the place and location! had a few small issues but could be fixed very easily. Microwave and toaster both went out on day 2 and the drier had to run 2 or 3 cycles to dry clothes fully. Other than a few appliance issues the place was great! Roomy and clean!

  We had a joint vacation here with friends and it was a wonderful week. 4 adults, 6 kids (aged 4 to 18), and we had plenty of room. Kitchen was very well stocked. Having the condo be so close to the beach made it very easy for the kids and adults to shuffle between beach, pool, and condo and stay in eyesight the whole time. The front desk was super helpful, and the chair service was very personable. Only thing I'd really recommend bringing is some non-breakable cups/plates for small kids or non-glass containers for taking drinks out to the beach, since the condo was stocked with very nice dishes and cups.

  This condo is beautiful and has a great location. Gorgeous view of the ocean and an easy walk to Okaloosa Island pier and restaurants.
  
  The owner should consider investing money in updates. Stains are on the cloth couch in the living room, the king bed in the 2nd bedroom is old and the slats holding it broke on our adult son and his wife in the middle of the night. We were unable to use the shower in the jack and Jill bathroom because the tub would not drain.
  
  Biggest concern? We emailed the management company and called twice about our concerns and never heard back.
