The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the second bedroom includes two queen beds, and the third bedroom offers a twin/full bunk, ideal for families or groups. The condo sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably.

  My brother, his wife, 5 kids (23 yr to 13 yrs old), and I came down for a week and LOVED IT! The condo was lovely and was the perfect location. The size of the condo was good for all of us. The only issue we had and I did mention it via text was the breakers for the master and 1 guest room would trip. It seemed connected to the washer and dryer. The dryer - towards the end fo the week wasn't drying properly. We needed to put it through 3 times before everything was dry.
  Did it deter us from having a good . Was it a bit of an inconvenience...yes. Would we return to this location...Yep!

  My family came for Christmas vacation. It was comfortable, great location and views. We enjoyed the hot tub and the heated pool. We had some internet issues and the manger was prompt in responding and resolving the issue. Mattresses were are in need of updating. Overall was great.

  We really enjoyed our stay there, the place was clean and had most everything that we needed. I would recommend providing oven mitts as I searched the kitchen multiple times and could never find an oven mitt, as well as a cookie sheet would be helpful. The iron should also probably be replaced as when we brought it out to use the cord is broken and has only one prong. But aside from all of that, it was a great place to stay. Wonderful views easy access to the beach. We really loved our time there.

  Our family of 2 adults, 6 children stayed and had a great time! It was nice that there are plenty of beds in this unit! Everything was clean and comfy. Master bed was comfortable! We loved the large balcony and great view from it. The beach was beautiful and heated pool and hot tub were perfect for spring break. The only thing the unit was lacking was a pancake flipper and a grill flipper! It had everything else we needed/wanted! It was handy that there were beach toys for the kids including boogie boards in the unit. We also used some of the books/games that they kept for guests, which was nice. This whole beach has a very family-friendly atmosphere.

  Summer Place Condos is wonderful. This unit was very nice. My only negative was the master bedroom mattress was extremely uncomfortable. There are 2 large dips/depressions in the mattress that made it feel like sleeping in a hole that was hard to get out of. Would highly recommend replacing the mattress

  It was super easy to check in, everything was clean and fresh. The only issue at all that we had was an owner's dog barking when they would leave. It was a bigger dog, so the barking was annoying at times. But, overall a great condo.
