  This unit had plenty of room for 4 adults and 4 small children. It's a great location. Walking distance to restaurants. Our favorite was Stewby's. As with most rentals the skillets and knives were horrible.The staff at Legacy rentals were great to work with and very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

  We had a great time staying in this condo. It was big enough for my family of 6, and we loved having 3 bathrooms. It was very convenient to be able to walk straight out to the pool and beach without having to use an elevator. The condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The only improvements would be to fix the outlets as some of them were loose, and our chargers would fall out. There were also a couple outlets that didn’t always work. I would also recommend having an internal lock on the front door just for piece of mind. We liked the size of the resort. Overall it was a great stay, and we would definitely stay at Summer Place again.

  Great location, steps away from the beach! 2 private pools, chairs and umbrella set up and picked up daily. Condo is a spacious 3bd /3 bath that slept 8 adults comfortably! Kitchen is well equipped just bring your food, spices and coffee! Walking distance to many restaurants and a few activities. We're not big beach lovers but the rest of our group are (28 total (10 kids under 12 & 16 adults)

  Enjoyed our stay. This condo has a great location and so convenient to the pool and beach. It was clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for our stay. One issue we found is that most of the electrical outlets were loose and our phones ended up not charging due to plugs slipping out of outlets.

  We had a wonderful stay! The location was excellent ground floor just steps away from the pool and short walk to the beach. The 2 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas were great. The condo was very clean with plenty of room for our family. But..... just to help out future guests we do have a few items which may need to be addressed. The manual can opener would not open up cans, the blades fell out of the handles of 2 knives, no cookie sheets for the oven and the bath tub in the Bedroom #2 drained extremely slow. Minor issues we are sure but we would like to make sure the next guests have as wonderful time s we did. Thank you.

  Perfect stay......except for the new beach chair rental rule.
  My condo featured two umbrellas and four chairs. On Sunday we had the attendant seat us. Told him we were staying for 5 nights. We falsely assumed that we would be placed in the same location (as a reserved space) for the days of our stay. WRONG! Found out the hard way. Next day we arrived at beach at about 10:00. Was told they could only seat us in a third row behind the other two rows. Was also told we had to report to the beach at 7:30am and get in line to get a choice seat. Did that the next day. Was first in line with about 14 people behind me. This occurred every morning! Most of us in line were a bunch of old geezers like me who had young grandchildren (like me). We needed to be in chairs that were close to water to watch our grandkids. Suggest you go back to old policy of reserving chairs in SAME LOCATION during length of stay.

  Summer Place #102 was everything my family wanted and needed! It was clean, beautiful, so close to the pool. The outside deck had 2 nice tables and even a wagon to use to haul our beach stuff back and forth! Having 4 beach chairs & 2 umbrellas is very helpful for a day at the beach! The kitchen was More than fully stocked! We brought a few bigger pans and utensils but didn't need to bring anything extra- this kitchen had Tons of cookware and utensils! They even provided a little extra laundry detergent for us! No complaints about the facility! I definitely want to come back!

  I love Okaloosa Island. This is my third time visiting the island. This is my first time staying at Summer Place and I will definitely come back! The condo checked all of our boxes and then some. The ground floor was so convenient with having two little kids with us. There was more than enough space for the six adults as well. The pool was right outside the door and the beach is just steps away. The umbrella service was great. We used it daily. The parking out front was never an issue. Seriously super convenient in every way! Thank you so much for having us. Cannot wait to come back!

  love the condo, amazing price for an amazing place, very spacious and clean, easy access and parking, only complaint is housekeeping came in at 8am asking when we’re leaving, again at 9, and again right before 10. but checkout was not until 10am. i thought it was very rude to just enter multiple times unexpectedly, we were all very confused. but other than that i had a good experience.
