  The location and beach service was very nice. The condo was not. The furniture in the family room and kitchen had to be 10-15+ years old and uncomfortable and dirty. The kitchen table and chairs old, damaged and mismatched. The bedroom headboards are broken but still behind the beds. There was a drawer missing in the dresser. Floors are very old, cracked and grout is stained after years of neglect and wear. The kitchen is basic but with a good fridge. There is not even salt, pepper, shampoo, nothing at all extra for guests at the most basic or generic convenience. Considering the extremely high price I paid for three nights, it was not worth it. We were both dissatisfied and disappointed in the quality and aesthetic of this high priced unit.

  This condo is super close to the beach.
  We loved how clean it was.
  2 Spacious bedrooms
  The light on the balcony didn’t work we brought a table lamp from the living room, but neither balcony outlet worked. No big deal. The Four of us just used our cell phone flashlight to play games.
  The master bedroom light for the closet area didn’t work. No problem. We kept the lamp on in the bedroom.
  The second bedroom REALLY needs blackout drapes. The ones in the master are perfect.
  Wish list-bar stools for the balcony for easier viewing of the beach.
  Excellent washer and dryer provided.
  The furniture was sturdy and so pretty.
  The decor thought out and meaningful. Loved all the jars of seashells.
  Nice quiet atmosphere.
  Shout out to Kim, the security guard for answering all our many questions when we checked in as well as restaurant recommendations.
  She walked around to shows us the grounds and introduced us to the office staff.
  Nice workout room, super large pool and outdoor games.

  We loved it! It was homey. The view from the balcony is amazing!
  The only issues are the fridge needs leveled. When th right door is opened it swings very hard completely open due to the fridge not being level. There were not any skillets to cook in, we used the cookware but everything stuck in it. We purchased 3 skillets and left them there. The dishes were dirty (had food still stuck on them) and the dishwasher doesn’t work well. But despite these things we had a great time and would stay here again.

  I really enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect and close to restaurants, shopping, and even a water park! It was so easy to access the beach and we even had complimentary umbrella and two chairs everyday! I would definitely recommend staying here! It was easy to book and check out! I will say what was kind of frustrating was If you plan to stay a week I would bring detergent and dish washing liquid there was none! The place was very neat and tidy but the floors will turn your feet very dirty. Overall though we enjoyed the place!

  View was perfect. Short walk on the pier to the sand. Short walk on sand to the umbrellas and water. I have mobility issues and this was perfect. We drove to the pool daily. Pool has walk in/out steps so mobility issues were accommodated. Could not be more pleased. Only issue was patio table missing. Called management and they brought brand new table next morning.

  Before booking I wasresearching reviews on this condo. It had great reviews with the exception there was construction going on. I reached out and asked about the construction and was told all construction is complete on tower two there may be construction elsewhere on the property. So with that information I booked the stay. There was construction still at Tower two we had to go through barricades and workers even to get up to the elevator. The whole bottom floor was being worked on. They were working on the outside of the building right below us on the ocean side. There was a crane sitting out our other side almost the entire stay. I reached out to the same person who I reached out before booking and she changed her words and said no I told you there was construction so for that lie, I am disappointed. The condo was nice had great location, but the floors were filthy. We were in socks and they were almost instantly black from walking on the floors that’s not sand that was just plain dirty. Overall, the condo is what the photos shown. it is ocean view at an angle. It’s an easy walk on a boardwalk down to the ocean. it does have two chairs and umbrella set up at the beach. Great location in Destin. I took a consensus and the girls would stay there again..

  The beaches are the best and the condo was very comfortable and clean. The weather wasn't the best, some people who have been coming to Destin for years said that this is the coldest February in ten years. There was a lot of work being done to the exterior of the condo but it was only a minor inconvenience.

  This was our family first vacation trip to the beach,The condo was very clean, we where close to everything some even in walking distance. The only thing that I dislike was when they taped off the balcony we only got one day to go on balcony (didn't get a chance to eat my breakfast or lunch on the balcony 😞) we are planning on heading back in a couple of months so I know they should be through with construction on the balconies because they were busy. But the family had a really good time we will be back 😀
