This 6th floor beachfront condo will sleep up to eight people comfortably, and it provides a bit of privacy with a studio lock-out room. The main area of the condo features a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, a dining area and a spacious living room. The private, covered balcony serves up beautiful westerly views of the Gulf of Mexico for you to enjoy while you kick your feet up and unwind. The master bedroom comes furnished with a king bed, and two twin beds can be found in the second bedroom. Each of these two bedrooms comes with a full, private bathroom. The lock-out room is set up like a studio condo with a king bed, a kitchenette and a full bathroom. You will also find a second washer and dryer on this side of your vacation rental. | The view of the dazzling blue waves and stunning white sand will surely lure you downstairs.   The location was great and it was very clean. If you get a good price on the unit it is worth the stay. It is definitely not top of the line luxury. The furniture is probably original to the unit, the balcony needs some refinishing and the refrigerator made a real loud noise every time you opened and closed it.

  This suite was as described - great beach views , comfy beds , easy walk to beach and pool . Kitchen is a little tight for more than 2 people to work in. This condo had great flooring and nice rooms for our family of six. Just gave 4 stars on general condition due to need to update couches in main living area and cooktop in attached suite. Kitchen pans/dishes in good condition. Enjoyed the beach chairs/unmbrella offered daily.

  We had a very nice stay in FWB. The condo was spacious and worked well when we had family come to visit. The view is spectacular! It was easy to get to the beach for long walks and surf fishing. Everyone at Legacy was so helpful. It’s a great place to stay.

  This is the 2nd year in a row we have stayed here. We absolutely love it here. The beach is quiet, and you are just outside of the hustle and bustle but just a short drive to all the restaurants. We will definitely be back. Very spacious and clean. Kitchen is a little outdated but everything else is fairly new.

  Pros: The location was wonderful. You are only steps away from the beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Parking was easy and Legacy Vacations did a great job responding quickly to all of my questions. The beds, bathrooms and kitchens were all very clean.
  
  Cons: This unit is in major needs of updates. The walls are scratched and the carpet and tile floors are worn. The closet doors were also sitting on the floor (off the hinges) in the front bedroom. There’s also a balcony door handle that is about to fall off.
  
  This place needs a little TLC, but it’s a good value for your money when it comes to more expensive locations next door.
