An ideal condo for a family of six - this beautiful condo has 2 King suites and bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom.
This property provides fresh and clean bed linens, including comforters and coverlets, laundered prior to every check-in.

There is nothing better than walking out your back door and step down to the beach. This beautifully furnished condo has recently been given a new fresh look with new modern paint throughout. It has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 TV's. There is a large balcony that you can access from the living room and the master bedroom. There are stairs that lead down from the balcony for easy beach and pool access.

Sea Dunes is one of the best SMALL complexes on the Emerald Coast!
NO CROWDS! There are only 24 condos in the building that share the LARGE BEACH AREA.
Unit 102 is located on the 2nd level with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico and comes with complimentary beach service, and full-resort access.

  What a great spot. Sea Dunes is a low density condo building with just 24 units. It's not too crowded, which made for a great family vacation. The pool isn't opulent, but it gets the job done for the kids. Check In and Check out was a breeze with Legacy Vacations, and I wouldn't think twice about renting from them again.

  The condo has everything you need for the perfect vacation. A few minor issues though, in the primary bathroom both sinks did not drain well and the ice maker leaves a lot to be desired. But truly love the stairs the go straight to the condo and not having to deal with an elevator.

  Wonderful, beautiful condo that has been completely renovated. New kitchen, baths, and flooring. Has 2 nice bedrooms with king beds and connecting baths, and a set of bunk beds in room closest to door. We never used that room. Patio faces ocean and only few steps down to beach, less than 2 minutes. Beautiful view. We parked right below our unit in covered parking the entire stay. Only used elevator when going to car, one floor down. Only negative would be that the pool and hot tub are old. They need renovated. We never used them.

  The location of the condo is great- plenty of convenient parking close to the condo.. There is a convenience store within walking distance, which we really appreciated. We LOVED the beach access from the balcony. The condo comes with beach service- 2 chairs & an umbrella, we also brought extra beach chairs and an umbrella. The beach area was spacious- we never felt crowded. The condo was very clean & decorated beautifully. We had 4 adults & 2 kids, and it was the perfect size. The ONLY constructive feedback I have is that we could have used some towel hooks, but other than that it was perfect. We would definitely rent here again!

  Stayed here for a mother daughter trip and the beach access was just the absolute best! There is a gate right off your balcony so you can get to the beach super fast. The boardwalk to the beach is short. Having use of the chairs and umbrellas was fabulous. The interior of the condo was nice having recently been redone. I love brightness of mostly white interior with black hardware and soft color accents. We would definitely stay here again!

  Our 2nd stay in this condo. It’s absolutely beautifully renovated. The only problem we had was the mattress in the guest room needs to be replaced. You’d have to like a firm mattress to sleep in the master. Which we do, so we had no issues with that.

  I love Okaloosa Island & loved this fully remodeled condo. They did a great job making it feel new. It was wonderful to be able to walk down the steps from the balcony directly to the beach walk.   Being on the 1st floor was awesome. Just a short walk off the balcony to the beach/pool/parking lot. The condo was clean, beds were comfy, and management company was responsive if we needed anything. Kitchen had everything we needed.   Our family had a wonderful stay at the Sea Dunes condo. I was hesitant about being on the lowest level. As it turned out it was much nicer as we didn't have to go through the parking garage to get to the beach and it was easier access to the pool. I was really happy that the chairs & umbrellas weren't in our direct view either. I did appreciate the complementary chairs, although it takes away from the beauty of the shore line. Get out there early if you want to see the natural beauty. Everyone on site was very friendly. We would go again and recommend it to friends.

  We decided to stay in Florida a couple more days and rented this condo at the last minute during spring break. We originally stayed at a nice beachfront resort in Panama City (no complaints)
  
  My teenagers first reaction was excitement that we were so close to the beach, pool and hot tub. When we walked into the condo, their next comment was that they loved it even more than Panama City, because it was so big and so close to everything. Since it’s a smaller complex , They were worried that they wouldn’t meet friends but quickly realized the complex was filled with families. As has a parent, I also loved the vibe. The complex in the area felt very safe, and, again, there were always families around, which was nice and gave me another sense of security. Families were very easy-going and fun and had great kids. There were no spring break college students partying just fun spring break families. (My 17-year-old even liked it)lol
  
  Many of the families and adult vacationers went out with a flashlight at night to look for crabs, on the beach. Even when it was late, sometimes 10 or 11 o’clock, everyone was friendly.. I went out alone, one night on the beach and felt safe.
  
  The beaches never felt packed, there is a volleyball net right out in front, and a couple of people were fishing out front. When you come In from the beach, there is a shower and hose to wash off to send when you come back.
  
  Honestly, renting out a last minute, affordable condo during spring break, made me a little leery. I usually rent from private people instead of management companies because you have a better idea of what you’re getting into. However, I would rent again from Legacy in a heartbeat. They do everything, right!!! Make sure to read the information they send you before check-in. I had an issue opening the door lock and they already had that question answered in the info they emailed ne.

  Great location. I would have given this a higher star rating, but the unit had no drain plugs for the kitchen sinks or bathtubs. Also, one of the toilets wouldn't flush properly. I sent a message for maintenance immediately. We finally had drain plugs by the 3rd day, but the toilet was never fixed. 6 guests and 1 toilet... frustrating to say the least.

  Where do I even start.. The views from your living room and master bedroom are absolutely amazing. You can lay in bed and wash the waves! Plenty of room in this unit. Large bathrooms. Full size kitchen. I could go on and on. I wish I had discovered this rental years ago when I had small children. Either way, the easy access to everything is by far a favorite feature. You walk out your back door down a short stairwell to the beach, your car, and the pool/hot tub. Carrying things in and out from your vehicle is much easier than hauling down the hall and up the elevator. I tried to come up with a downfall but, I can't think of one negative thing to say about this unit!!
