    We thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The staff was helpful when a problem arose regarding use of a grill. You are not allowed to bring your own and the one on the premises was unusable. This should be addressed as we enjoy that part of vacationing. Neighbors were friendly, Legacy staff was helpful and defended us in the BBQ issue while the actual property manager was harassing. All was resolved without incident and we had a great stay.

    We booked this room at the last minute on our way home from a family vacation. It was the perfect spot for the perfect price. The room smells a little musty; but I wouldn't expect anything different for a beach property at this price.
