  This condo was great for our family of four - mom, dad, and two teenage girls. The hallway bunks were fine for them, and there was enough room under them for their suitcases. The place was very clean. We like staying in this quieter area, and the beach service was great. We would definitely stay here again.

  We had a great stay. The view was excellent and it was easy to come and go to the beach especially with the chair service. Fort Walton is a little too touristy for my taste but if we ever visit again we would love to stay in this same condo.

  This unit was clean and comfy. Only two things I would recommend, platform bed frame so the bed doesn’t sink and maybe just better showerheads. But they weren’t deal breakers! Overall we really enjoyed this unit. It was our first time at PI, as we usually stay at the Islander. We’ve now been spoiled with 2 bathrooms and a washer and dryer. I’d stay again.

  What a wonderful quick getaway to the beach. My husband and I had not been on a vacation in many years and a quick opportunity came about for Fall Break. The condo was amazing, the weather turned out great, it was so close to the beach, and just a few steps away from our chairs and umbrella that were included that we were so thankful for. The condo was just as described and everything we were hoping for. A quick heads up there is a step that goes out the sliding door and could be a trip hazard but after the first day we got used to stepping over. Anything to get outside and enjoy the sound of the waves!

  Hottub, pool, first floor, ocean view, ability to swim fish dive surf run anything in the ocean at a moment's notice. Thanks for a seamless and easy stay, and any questions I had were a quick phone call away. A great relaxed environment. The couple things I would improve are easier access to the fresh water rinse outside on the way to/from the beach and easier access to the stairs such as from inside the garage, maybe a quicker elevator. This stay enabled me to do everything I wanted to do while I was there, something I could not have done from a hotel room. Made me want to get a condo of my own.

  We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. Everything that was needed as supplied. It is a quick walk to the ocean, and we loved that beach chairs and umbrella were included with the stay! We also loved sitting on the balcony with the oceanfront view. Our only suggestion would be to put a curtain on the window of the bedroom. The blinds allowed for a lot of light from the parking lot.   Enjoyed my stay and it was relatively quiet even though it was a holiday weekend and having the beach chairs and umbrella available to you are a great perk to have. The pictures are accurate as to the view of the beach, layout of property and furnishings. Would need to drive to restaurants as you are a little over a mile to Miracle Strip Parkway where restaurants start and nearest grocery (Publix) and about 9 miles to Destin. Would stay again at PI 106.

  Property description & location was accurate. Living room layout of furniture was not the same as the pictures but had the basics. We could not use the large sofa as it had no cushioning left...very uncomfortable so we used 2 chairs and the coffee table as an ottoman. The kitchen had the basics but suggest you bring your own Crockpot or Instapot. It was generally clean but we had to wash the bed cover and the shower curtain that had some mold along the bottom. The building and amenities are very well kept. The location is nice and quiet and calm...ocean front as pictured. Many restaurants within 15 minute driving distance or walking about 30-40 minutes to the Boardwalk (i.e. Stubby's and Angler's is really good). Overall very happy with our month-long stay.
