Island Surf is a two story beachfront complex that offers the privacy of only eleven units. Centrally located between Fort Walton Beach and Destin on Okaloosa Island, this prime location is a short drive away from shopping, dining, attractions and much more! This quiet family-oriented white sand beachfront complex offers all the comforts of home and everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Emerald Coast. | This top floor unit has a spectacular view of the beach and the pool! It also has a fully equipped kitchen, and sleeps 6 with a king bed in the master as well as a king bed in the guest room. The living room sofa also makes out to a queen size bed. Free use of community laundry room onsite.

  The 2nd floor allowed for beautiful views of the beach and the flag colors conditions for the day. The walk to beach is very short and has chairs and umbrella available for your unit. The condo has limited amount of rooms which is great and less busy. The only things were the dryer and wash machine were up stairs at a different unit and the dryers did not dry. We would have to run our clothes on two 70 minute cycles and they were still damp.The room only comes with 2 trash bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 dishwasher pods so bring lots of extras. I would suggest brining extra towels for bathing so you don’t have to wash them everyday. Also bring your own laundry detergent. I would recommend staying here!

I spoke mostly with a man named Ron and he was so friendly and helpful! We had a broken keurig and they brought us a new one within 30 minutes or less!   Nice condo. Clean. I liked that it was close enough to the beach you didn't have to carry a bunch of stuff down. And it was nice having the chairs and umbrella set up each day and available to us. Had some loud music one evening from another unit that made sitting on the balcony to enjoy the sounds of the ocean undoable.

  The view from the balcony is amazing, it's a short walk to the beach, each bedroom having a king bed is awesome, TVs in both bedrooms which we love, laundry on site is always a bonus when flying, and the kitchen remodel a new paint looks great as well! The outdoor lights were not working when we arrived, making it difficult for my older parents to walk up the stairs from their condo but that was fixed within a day or two!

Our toaster did not work when we got there, sent Legacy a message, they had a new toaster there within a few hours. Great service! Wonderful view, super close to the beach. Pool was nice.   We had such a wonderful time in our condo! The pictures almost looked too perfect, however, they showcased the condo just as much- everything was exact! We made friends with other vacationers who were staying below us. The view from the couch was nice and enjoyed it, specially with the rainy weather we experienced! Access to the beach was easy and a quick walk with our own personal condo passage. Upon arrival, the condo smelt super clean and looked the part, as well. We had absolutely no problems with anything during our stay! We are already planning our next stay!

  Like that it was a small complex, making it very personal but still had everything needed in addition to easy access to pool and beach. It is away from the typical teenage stays and offers more quiet. For my wife and I this is exactly what we wanted. Other than a broken toilet seat and TV did not work in master bedroom, everything was perfect.

  You can not go wrong with this place. The whole complex is the perfect place, just what I was looking for. Only 11 units right on the beach, and the access to the condos, pool, and the beach could not be any better! An added bonus is that 2 beach chairs and an umbrella were included. I will be going back again and again. The management company is great to work with, I usually only rent units managed by the owner, but the owner of one of the units did not have availability when we needed her unit, but she said some of the other units owned by her family uses Legacy so we gave them a try, and they are great!
