Centrally located between Fort Walton Beach and Destin on Okaloosa Island, this prime location is a short drive away from shopping, dining, attractions and much more! This quiet family-oriented white sand beachfront complex offers all the comforts of home and everything you need for a relaxing vacation on the Emerald Coast. | This unit has a fully equipped kitchen, and sleeps 6 with a king bed in each of the 2 bedrooms and queen sleeper in the living room. Free use of community laundry room onsite. Just steps away from the pool or beach, you are sure to love this unit!

  I loved this place so much I went ahead and reserved for next year before I left. You cannot beat the location. You are a few feet from a pool and the ocean. Chairs were included in our stay. Free washers and dryers on site. Lots of towels available in the room so you don’t have to wash linens if you don’t want to. Highly recommend.

  I have been coming to these condos for more than 20 years. We always choose Island Surf when we come to Florida. However, this time the cleanliness of the condo was a serious let down. The floors were absolutely filthy! I don’t mean just some sand left behind either. They were dirty and leaving our feet black! Hopefully this will be addressed with the cleaning staff in the future because I do love these condos, but it seems that whoever is taking care of them is doing a poor job these days.

  Great place to stay! Unit was very large, pool access right off your patio and beach access with beach service literally right behind the building. The unit was clean, comfortable and came with everything needed. Staying in Okaloosa Island is really the best bang for your buck when it comes to the Emerald Coast. The unit is minutes from FWB and Destin not much further. Plenty to see and do! Would highly recommend and looking forward to booking a stay next summer!

  This property was exactly what we were looking for. It’s a smaller property which allowed for plenty of room on the beach. Beach chair service was included which was nice. Our condo was super clean. The beds were really comfy! Living room furniture was also comfy. We didn’t cook at all but the appliances were all new it looked like and the kitchen was stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. We chose a downstairs unit so we were only steps from the sand. This is a great location. We will definitely book again.
