  Quaint little condo away from the hussle and bustle of a busy vacation spot, but just a short drive to all the entertainment. Loved that there was a restaurant right next door that served breakfast, lunch and dinner. Steps from the beach and the beach service for chairs and umbrella were super convenient. Condo was just big enough for our family of four and beautifully updated.

  Ocean front so close, an awesome location with the most comfortable bed and pillows,the place was super clean. Loved it so much.   We’ve been staying at this complex for 10 years. We keep coming back because of the great location right on the beach. The place is clean, has everything you need & reasonably priced. During this past stay we had a maintenance issue but they were quick to come & resolve the issue. My only complaint is the pool is open late but there weren’t any lights on for safety.

  We love staying in condo number six at Okaloosa Island. We love the ocean view, we love the simplicity of the small complex instead of being a high-rise. We love that it’s not as crowded as further down, and we really appreciate having the umbrella and beach chairs included. we’ve come every year for the past five years and plan to come back in the future. The brown chair in the LR is not comfortable and put pillows to help it, A recliner would be awesome!but Overall Five stars

  Stayed here in May just before hordes descended upon Okaloosa Island for Memorial Day weekend...wonderful location at end of Okaloosa that reminded me of the way Florida was back in the 60’s before all the high rises were developed. This second-floor unit had a wonderful view and was so close to the beach...literally just a few steps away. Unit looked like it was refurbished, and the AC unit worked fine.

  What's not to love in this comfortable beachfront condo. We would get up each morning to a beautiful sunrise and enjoy the dolphins. Just steps from the beach to relax under the umbrella with a comfortable breeze from the ocean. This was a must needed R&R weekend and it was soooo hard to leave. A few suggestions would be a better fitted mattress pad and a few more hooks available to hang things. Other than that-just Perfect!
