Island Princess #612

The Island Princess is a seven-story, family oriented complex located right on the beach in sunny Okaloosa Island. This spacious 2 bedroom, tropically decorated condominium features a balcony that looks directly over the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is a king sized bed in the master with balcony access that overlooks beautiful views of the sugar white beaches and emerald waters, two twin sized beds in the second bedroom, and there is a sleeper sofa in the living room, so this lovely unit sleeps 6! With a seasonally heated, gulf front pool, hot tub, fitness room and BBQ area you'll have everything you need for the perfect vacation here. Free beach service March - October.

  Excellent stay! The view of the Emerald Coast was beautiful to wake up to drink a cup of coffee on the balcony and listen to the waves,so relaxing! Easy access and walk to the beach, pool and hot tub tub.Rental was fully stocked with needed items. Highly recommended and would definitely stay again.   This condo was absolutely lovely. It was very comfortable. The beds were really comfortable. Enjoyed sitting out on the balcony a lot. I really enjoy that from the master bedroom you could just look at the ocean while curled up in bed. Everyone came and hung out at our place because it was so nice. The one thing is you need to bring a wall plug for your charger because I do not have any USB ports. We definitely stay there again. Legacy Vacations responded to text immediately. The location was great. It was easy to get stuff although honestly it was so nice. We didn’t leave. We had everything delivered in. Place with spotless with the newest appliances.

  My family and I loved this unit! It was very clean and had amazing views! The construction going on didn't bother us one bit. The only complaints we have was that the water pressure was very low in both bathrooms and the drain in the guest bathroom was clogged up. The water also didn't stay warm long enough to finish a shower. Other than those minor things we really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Fort Walton in the future.

  This was a lovely condo with beautiful Gulf and beach views. The condo was well-appointed and very clean on arrival. The starter toilet paper, hand soap, and dish soap was much appreciated. My only complaint is that the primary bedroom's mattress and pillows were terribly uncomfortable and in need of replacement.
  
  We've stayed in many condos and liked that a code was texted to us for the door as soon as the condo was ready rather than having to wait in a long line at a rental office or in a condo lobby. Super convenient!

  Unit 612 was very clean , great view, lots of cooking utensils. Mirrored wall made condo seem larger. Grandkids were excited to discover a boogie board and other beach items. Management quick to respond when a small problem occurred with the kitchen sink. Would definitely stay again.
