This beautifully remodeled 5th floor condo has a fantastic view of the beach, pool and Gulf of Mexico. This condo offers complimentary beach service (1 umbrella, 2 chairs set up for you daily March - October)! This is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath beachfront condo and has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TV's, WI-FI and beach front balcony that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot which means your car will stay comfortable even during the hot summer months! The unit will sleep 8 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room. Kitchen comes fully stocked with cups, glasses, plates, flatware, basic appliances and cookware and a Keurig coffer maker.   I loved the condo, it was very well designed and bright and seaside look.
  It fit all our needs.

  Our rental was wonderful. The condo was clean, nicely stocked with towels, dishes, etc, came with 2 beach chairs and umbrella daily and there wasnt anything that didn't work.

  The condo was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. We had everything we needed, and Legacy management's response to the TV setup was prompt and courteous. The beds and bedding were comfortable.
  The only negative aspects were that 3 of the 6 dining room chairs had broken seats. Fortunately, there were only 3 of us. The front bedrooms could use blackout curtains to block the hall lighting at night. We would consider booking this unit in the future.
  As an aside, on my many trips to Ft Walton we have always had our designated beach chairs for the entire week. The beach chair company wanted $11 a day to have designated chairs so we had to find an open set on the back row of chairs. I have never had to pay extra for chairs/umbrella setup at any other condo unit for designated chairs.

I'm troubled to learn of your beach service experience. I will elevate this to the homeowner's association, who contracts with the vendor providing service, as well as the owner of the beach service company.   We had 7 people and it was very comfortable. The view was amazing from the balcony. The condo was clean. There were some cosmetic things that could be fixed. The only thing I would complain about is the elevators and stairs. One elevator was closed for a few days while we were there and everyone seemed to be waiting for one elevator. It wasn’t awful taking the stairs but they only went to the 5th floor and then you would have to find the other stairs to take you up. I would definitely stay here again.

  Very nice and clean. The view of the beach was beautiful! We had a fun time at the place. The kitchen was functional, easy to use and equipped with everything. If we needed help with anything like extra blankets, the house keeper was quick and responsive. No one wanted to leave the condo.

  We absolutely enjoyed our stay. We had an issue with the sliding door to the balcony when we arrived and it was repaired promptly. There was a lot of construction going on and we had routine pest control come during our stay as well, but EVERYONE from the construction workers to maintenance to pest control were extremely kind and courteous. The condo was perfect for our trip and we enjoyed our stay so much that we are considering booking for next year as well. 😊

  We spent a long weekend here and would definitely stay again. 3 bedrooms amd 3 bathrooms and a kitchen that seemed to be well stocked for meal prep. However we just used the coffee maker. The unit was very clean and comfortable and other than the loud washing machine when it was on the spin cycle it was a great time.
