This third floor unit has a fantastic view of the beach, pool and Gulf of Mexico. This is a 3 bedroom / 3 bath beachfront condo and has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 4 TV's, WI-FI and beach front balcony that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot. The unit will sleep 8 with a king in the master, queen in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper in the living room.   We had an amazing vacation at Island Princess. The Condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We had a 3 bedroom, 3 bath which is great with 2 teenagers trying to get ready at the same time 😆. I loved the fact that it already came with free access to beach chairs and the option was there if you needed to rent more. Chandler and the boys that worked for the chair service on the beach was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful. The location was perfect. It was just far enough out of the traffic but still within a short walking distance of a few restaurants, ice cream shop, putt putt and a few food trucks if you didn't feel like driving. If you want a relaxed beach front vacation I highly recommend picking Island Princess for you next getaway.

  We spent Fall break here in this condo and it was lovely. The kitchen was well stocked, the linens were all clean and abundant. The beds were very comfortable. We especially loved the tall chairs on the balcony...very comfortable and provided a better view above the railing. The check in/out process was smooth. We will be back!

  This condo was great for our family. Everyone had their own Bedroom and full bath which made it good for 3 couples. It is super private and has a perfect view of the ocean. It is also very close to the trash chute and elevator. Easy path to beach. We requested more kitchen towels and someone was at the door within five minutes with them. And loved the complementary beach service. There are also beach chairs in the washer and dryer closet. Things that need attention are basic. The patio door needs painting. It looks pretty bad and the kitchen could be a little better equipped. We cooked most of our meals at the condo and we managed okay. The coffee pot is very awesome though! Nothing beats a good cup of coffee out on the balcony watching the beach wake up! We would return here because of the location, the layout, parking was easy, convenient to Publix, condo is clean and the beautiful beachfront.

  At reservation time I had asked for an early check in as my family likes driving through the night to avoid traffic. Corey said he would try and work some magic. Corey went above and beyond magic, not only with an early check-in and meeting us at the condo, but we also received an upgraded larger condo. I have been vacationing the panhandle for over 40 years and I have to say my experience with Legacy was one of the best. We have stayed at many places where it's hard to relax with hundreds of children running around or spring breakers partying all night, but Island Princess was small enough to not have all the children running around, but big enough to enjoy the pool, beach and hottub. I do wish the hottub wouldn't allow children as there were a few who were snorkeling in the small hottub and that was a little uncomfortable. The view was amazing,the condo was spotless and beds were comfortable. I will definitely reach out to Legacy again. Thank you, for a relaxing and wonderful vacation.
