This well appointed 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located on the 2nd floor and looks directly at the gulf and beach from its spacious balcony. It offers a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, 3 TV's and wireless internet. This condo can sleep 6 with a king in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the guest bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit also has it's own dedicated covered parking spot which means your car will stay comfortable even during the hot summer months! This rental also comes with complimentary beach service (seasonal) and a covered assigned parking space! The property has a gulf side pool (heated seasonally), hot tub, fitness room and grilling area. Located in close proximity to shopping, restaurants and attractions.

  I was a little disappointed when I booked and the only condo available was on the 2nd floor; I prefer to be higher as I’ve had many stays in the complex. However, there was no need to be disappointed, the room was perfect—beautiful view, beautiful condo inside and fully stocked with not only anything you may need but quality items. I’ve stayed in plenty that were stocked but not with everything needed or quality items. The only complaint I would have is how uncomfortable the couch is but that was a small price to pay for having such a great unit. I will definitely request this unit again!

  The reserved parking space is a win. Being on the 2nd floor gives you a perfect dune/beach view. The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need. The complimentary beach chair setup is also a win. Use caution in the hallway bathroom because it is slippery when wet.

  The unit was very clean and nice. The beachfront view was perfect. I would have liked to have an onsite restaurant/ bar for convenience. We also had an issue with someone parking in our designated parking area and was told there was nothing that could be done. We had to park in someone else's spot. Parking should be enforced to ensure paying guests have access to amenities stated in the rental agreement.

Unfortunately, parking enforcement is exclusive to the condominium association and, and frustrating as it is, beyond our control. In those situations, our only recourse is to notify the HOA. I'm very sorry this marred an otherwise wonderful stay.

  Our sister trip was wonderful. Once arriving at the Island Princess, we noticed the well maintained landscape. We found our assigned parking space found in the garage which is conveniently located. We entered the condo to see a super clean stylish abode. We absolutely loved the condo and the location. We needed to talk with customer service and were impressed with how accommodating they were. Everyone was so friendly. If given the opportunity, I will return and use the fine folks at Legacy Vacations.

  Fantastic experience. The 2BR 2BA condo was not only clean but fully equipped, all appliances fully functional and clean, central AC great and kept the room at the temperature we required. The quiet elevator located just outside the door and the covered parking space also conveniently located to the unit. The view from the 2nd floor balcony was perfect! Beach umbrella and 2 chairs included with unit was a great added feature. When I get back to Okaloosa Island, I will want to stay in same unit. Great hosts! Called is at 11:30 informing us our unit was ready!

  Unit 214 was clean, kitchen had everything needed, there were games and a lovely 2nd floor view... as we chose since we didn’t want a higher balcony due to having a small child. Third day in our kitchen ceiling started leaking, we were relocated to 613 so repairs could be done. This unit wasn’t very clean, the kitchen was ill equipped and the oven didn’t work. Water was turned off in the bldg for 3 hrs to repair leak. Second year at this location and second year water turned off for bldg. repairs. Would have been happy in original unit without any interruptions. Time to find a new location for next year.

  This condo IP214 was just like the pictures. Kitchen was stocked with all essentials needed to cook anything. The furniture was very comfortable and the beds were awesome.This condo has several board games to choose from and several books to read while there. I really liked the assign covered parking spot. It also comes with beach setup for two. The price is on point for this location. I will definitely be booking my next stay in this condo.

  Took my daughter, adult grandchild, his spouse and my great granddaughter to the beach. Was great except that the Master shower, though spacious and lovely, would not provide a hot shower. From the first night. Maint came promptly, but didn’t actually resolve that issue. So we all had to use one shower, which was not kind to my bad knees. Otherwise, a great trip and my little one was still saying ‘Beach!’ when she got home.

  We arrived late in the evening due to traffic and road construction on the travel route, but our condo was ready for us. Stepping into see a beautiful beach and ocean out the balcony window was perfect. The condo was very nicely kept, clean and stocked with appropriate amount of items. I did buy a bath mat for the guest bedroom as the tub was a bit slick, but on the next to last day we found one in the Master bath. It was a bit noisy during the day as they the facility was doing lawn work and pressure washing the outside of the building and walkways. As we were either at the beach or pool, we had no problem with the noise. The gate to the pool was having issues the first day we were there, but it was fixed the next day. The four of us loved this condo and how prepared it was for cooking in with the right appliances and cooking pans, etc. Keeping this one in my list of places to go back to for vacation. I do suggest they post evacuation procedures on the back of the front door for emergencies, I feel safer in a new place if I have instructions/directions for evacuation.
