This wonderful Gulf-front rental has recently been updated and has a commanding view of the mesmerizing Gulf of Mexico. Wifi has been upgraded to guarantee FAST INTERNET for streaming. The living room will provide you access to this wonderful private balcony. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony which is furnished with chairs and 2 tables for your comfort and enjoyment. The floor-to-ceiling patio doors enhance your view of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen comes equipped with all the comforts of home, including a full-size refrigerator, cook-top stove and oven, microwave, and dishwasher. All the utensils needed to prepare and serve meals are supplied for your convenience. If you elect to not eat-in, then there are many wonderful restaurants located nearby; as well as shopping, available in Fort Walton Beach and Destin, Florida. This condo can sleep 6 with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the guest bedroom and queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This unit has a SmartTV in the living room and guest bedroom as well as a TV in the master bedroom. Free wifi throughout the condo as well as the entire complex at Island Princess! This rental also comes with complimentary beach service (seasonal) March - October.   Unit was clean, roomy, in a good location directly beachfront, and 2nd floor was easily accessible. Very limited places to eat nearby and they were always packed. Traffic on 98 was very congested so we seldom ventured out from Okaloosa Island.

  The location of #204 is amazing, with views of the water in the living and master bedroom. Even when inside, you can take in the beauty of the surroundings. The Condo itself is well stocked and very well maintained and clean. Furniture is comfy and feels like home. The additional chairs and beach things were nice to have as an evening seating option. The location outside of the crazy 98 traffic was incredible. We stay a lot in the area and this is a must return to property!

  We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful condo, #204! The decor was so beach’s my and well done! The bed was very comfortable, the balcony view and sounds of waves were awesome, and with 2 chairs and an umbrella included on the beach daily, how can you go wrong? The location was perfect, check in and out could not have been any easier! We were celebrating our first trip after retirement and they even blessed us with a sweet congratulations card and a gift card to a local restaurant! A very nice touch! We would definitely stay again!
