  We had an amazing stay at Island Princes 116. The location of this unit was perfect for guests with children. This is a corner unit on the ground floor. So there was an oversized private patio area that was perfect for extending the usable condo area. It was a very short walk from the patio to both the pool and the beach. The property management company was quick to respond and very helpful with our requests.

  We loved our condo! We arrived early and was still able to check in. The condo was very clean and exactly what we expected. We spent alot of time in Destin which was just a few miles away. The pool and hot tub were great! We have no complaints! We would definitely enjoy more vacations with Island Princess.

  Great ground floor condo! Clean, nice updated condo. The only complaint was the bedroom with queen by the back door was incredibly hot compared to the rest of the condo. Otherwise, no complaints! We loved the ground floor convenience to the beach and having a place to leave all your beach chairs, etc without dragging them through the condo.

  1st Floor location & patio area are perfect for families. We had a few minor issues (cable, parking pass, & coffee pot) but the staff was extremely responsive. Our only serious concern was that there is no dead bolt or child lock on the door. There also didn’t appear to be a way to lock the gate of the portico outside that door. A two year old was able to open the door & go outside. Thankfully, she didn’t get far as her absence was noticed almost immediately. We very much enjoyed this condo and the resort.

  It was a blast. Great setup, pool, and hot tub. Responsive service too. Dishwasher would not close though. Dishes had to be done by hand. Maintenance did provide a drying rack though.

  Great stay but I’d love to see a few things upgraded , however none of the things would keep me from renting again. They are doing some painting on front side of building so I know that’s probably why it was so nasty at our entrance (but at least clean it up a little before guest arrive (throw away cushions, sweep or spray it off). The first bedroom when you enter looks like it could use a fresh coat of paint. The kitchen could be stocked a little better (we had just a few forks to use). I think it could use some updated appliances in kitchen. The sink and tub in extra bathroom were clogged but my dad worked and got those draining. As far as the grounds I think adding a little landscape behind the condo where we walked to the pool could be spruced up. Would any of these things keep us from staying here again?? Absolutely not! We had a great time and so enjoyed our stay. It was a great location and everything went smoothly.

  The unit was comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms good, beds comfy. A few oddities. Nice clock not working and ceiling fan remote not working. Possibly batteries, simple fix? 2 closet doors leaning and not stable. The entrance from the parking lot is very dirty and cushions stained. Looks nothing like the add. Customer service not respectful from Legacy. Spent way to much of my vacation/family time texting and on the phone. Beach chair company would not assign us free chairs and umbrella unless we purchased additional items. We will not be returning as our sone has left Eglin Airforce Base. We stayed at Island Princess before and it is cleaner and better maintained than 2 others we stayed at.
