  My wife and I are very busy preachers, parents and grandparents who also assist in the care with 85 and 86-year-old parents. We were tired and needed to get away,so we headed to Fort Walton Beach Florida with the prayer to find something nice and peaceful on a budget. When Colin told us to deal he had was to not believe it. It was an answer to our prayer. The condo was beautiful clean and had an amazing view from the living room and bedroom of the beach. We also had chairs and an umbrella reserve for us. This was such a wonderful stay. We will return.

  Fantastic condo! Great view! Had everything we needed except kitchen essentials like salt, paper, ziplocks, coffee filters etc but that was ok. Also bring your own hairdryer & fan if you need one to sleep but other than that we loved this condo. Had tvs in every room. WiFi worked great. Plenty of parking. Comes with first come first serve beach chairs & umbrella. All kitchen appliances worked well. Washer and dryer work great. Very clean all the way through. Plenty of bath towels and wash rags. This condo is located on opposite end of the elevator so you will have a short walk to elevator but you have stair access at your room. Condo manager is very responsive & friendly. We will definitely book this condo again!!

  Our stay was amazing as always. This was our second year to stay here and looking forward to staying here many more times in the future. It's the highlight of our year. The updated bed and couch were a god send after our drive and were incredibly comfortable. The only issue we had was the freezer had been cleaned with something heavily perfumed and it ruined our left over wedding cake we saved. Everything else was amazing as always and we look forward to next year's trip.

  The management company was very responsive via text message (very convenient). Despite comments about mattresses in other reviews, we were comfortable and slept well. It was surprising that the bathroom in the master bedroom didn’t have a door, but that wasn’t a big problem. It would be nice to have an opaque shade on the windows in the second bedroom - the lights from the exterior hallway made it quite bright in that bedroom at night. Otherwise, everything was really good - we would definitely stay in this unit again if we came back to this area for a vacation.

  We were quite happy with the condo. The view is spectacular and there is easy access to the beach. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware, utensils, and dishes. It does need a little updating (as advertised) but there was nothing that kept us from enjoying our stay. Comfortable, clean and quiet - we’d definitely go back!

  Loved the location and balcony and bedroom with ocean view. We could see the moon rise above the ocean from our bedroom and balcony each night. The condo itself could definitely use some updates, but that was said in the description so this was no surprise. The biggest issue was the old and stained carpet. The large tv's in the living room and bedrooms were nice, the broken chair on the balcony needs to be removed. There is only one elevator for the entire property and it malfunctioned for several hours one one day of our stay. Going up four flights of stairs in 100 degree heat was not ideal, and our beach neighbors said the elevator had also malfunctioned a day or two prior. Overall, the property and condo could do with some updates, but the area was clean and nice and we would definitely stay here again.

  This was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in. We would actually live there as an apartment if could. It was well built and very useful. Washer and dyer was amazing. The condo had every kitchen utensil you can dream of and the appliances were up to date. The rooms had plenty of space. We enjoyed the view from the balcony and having TVs in every room; including the kitchen. It was quiet, comfortable and felt like home. My only complaints are the water pressure in the showers were very low and the one elevator was slow and very hot to be in. We will most definitely book this condo again if we can.
