Unit 209 is the largest floor plan in the building boasting over 2400 square feet, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a huge 440sq ft. terrace w/ gas grill. This upscale condo is professionally decorated w/ upgrades including travertine stone tile throughout except in the bedrooms (carpet), crown molding, granite countertops, stainless steel Viking appliances, 6 burner gas cooktop, separate icemaker, flat screen tv's, Gulf front spa like master suite w/ his and her closets, relaxing tub, separate shower, separate vanities and balcony access. Additional bedrooms provide en-suites for convenience & privacy. Amenities include, refreshing pool, spa, private beach walk-over, gated entry, assigned parking and fitness room. | | This beautiful vacation rental includes floor to ceiling patio doors in the living room and master bedroom leading you to your own private balcony so you can enjoy the view of the gulf. The master bedroom retreat has a king-size Select-Comfort bed, an attached four-piece bathroom with a soaking tub and a two-person shower. The second bedroom has a king-size bed with a private bath and shower/soaking tub as does the third bedroom which consists of a double/twin bunk with a private bath and shower/soaking tub. The 3rd bedroom comes with a twin over double bunk and private bath. The 4th bedroom comes with a queen bed. The chef's kitchen is all Viking® appliances including refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and a six-burner gas range. The dining area has a table that seats eight and there four bar stools. There is also a gas grill on the balcony. Seasonal beach service (March - October) complimentary. Saturday to Saturday stays only.

  Beautiful condo!! Plenty of room for our family of 8. We had issues with the thermostat being too high, and we arrived on Saturday but were unable to use the pool until Wednesday.We love the beautiful beach and location as well. Would definitely stay again even with the issues that we had.

  Bella Riva 209 is the best beach unit I have ever rented. I hosted family and friends for two weeks there and it truly was like heaven on earth. Plenty of room, a wonderful balcony overlooking the beach, pool, and gulf, a well equipped kitchen, and I could go on and on. The included beach service was wonderful and the responsiveness of the management team was unmatched to anywhere I have stayed before. The gated property was very secure and we felt totally safe during our stay. Do yourself a favor and rent this unit. You will not regret it!

  We had a wonderful trip to Ft Walton and we very pleased renting from legacy resorts. There were a couple of minor issues that were taken care of immediately! Loved the location and the room.   The condo was wonderfully situated and set up to accommodate our family. Bright and airy, just steps from the beach with a great view of the Gulf. The property itself was set up very nicely with the garage, gated access and amenities. Located close to all of our favorite Destin restaurants we were able to keep our younger grandchildren away from some of the noisier Destin beaches. Legacy Vacations was extremely prompt in responding and addressing the one small issue we had while onsite. We can't thank them enough for the wonderful stay!

This is an incredible place and I can't say enough about the furnishings and appliances. Convenience store just a few blocks away and grocery shopping within 5 minutes. Spacious for our group of 7 adults and 2 toddlers.

  This is now our favorite place to stay. We go to the Destin/Ft Walton area 2-3 times per year with our 3 children. The condo was beautiful, incredibly stocked kitchen with top of the line appliances (we cook a lot on vacation), a the best beds we have ever had in a rental, residents were so friendly, perfect size building and the best location.
